John has been a qualified Network Personal Trainer since 2003 and trains and designs programs for people in all conditions for all types of sports and activities. He calls on his own experience and that of the latest techniques that he keeps up to date with. He combines this with supplements and diet and the desires of the client.
John has been mountain biking for many years and built the track on the property together with friends and helpers from The Riders Club. It is now used as the Club track and Club Race days are held on the last Sunday of each month. The track is also used for training and independent events.
John is an accredited Level 1 Mountain Bike coach through MTBA and a Mountain Bike skills coach through MTB Skills.
